​The following packages have been built and released to the elrepo-testing
repository:

​kmod-nvidia-384.66-1.el7_4.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
nvidia-x11-drv-384.66-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
nvidia-x11-drv-32bit-384.66-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm

They are currently syncing to mirrors. Once it is confirmed that they work,
we will promote them to the main repository.
