[elrepo] Centos 7.3 7.4 fglrx - X fails to start

Thanks a lot for your response (even though this is the exact kind of
answer I was afraid to get.) And wasn't lucky enough to use the new
driver either.
I guess I'm stuck with Centos7.2 then...
