The recent release of both the kernel-lt-4.4.71-1.el7.elrepo [1] and
the kernel-ml-4.11.4-1.el7.elrepo [2] package sets incorporate the
requested configuration adjustments.

Both kernel-{lt|ml} package sets, for both EL6 and EL7, now have all
configuration options relating to amateur radio enabled.
