[elrepo] Announcement: Release of EL7 new package, primus

Announcing the release of new package, primus, into the EL7 elrepo repository:

Primus is a shared library that provides OpenGL and GLX APIs and
implements low-overhead local-only client-side OpenGL offloading via
GLX forking, similar to VirtualGL. Setting primus as the bridge for
optirun provides more flexibility. It has some advantages over the
optirun (VirtualGL) solution used by default in bumblebee.
