[elrepo] DRBD

I need one for CentOS 7.
I succeeded to build it using the source from https://www.linbit.com/en/drbd-community/drbd-download/
The problem is that I build a kernel dependent version, and I will have to do it everytime I update the kernel.
Do you have a procedure for building a kernel independent package?

In case it helps, we built the latest DRBD releases for EL6 on our repo;

The RPM we're using was based on the ELRepo src.
