Interesting. For the CentOS infra, I needed to build it for a PoC and so
gave it a try through scratch build in koji, but I had to modify the
spec, otherwise drbd-utils would fail to build . We don't allow internet
connection for CBS builds so it fails with "warning: failed to load
external entity
"http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl"
(https://cbs.centos.org/koji/getfile?taskID=185155&name=build.log&offset=-4000)

Just adding 'BuildRequires: docbook-style-xsl' solves that issue. I just
created a PR for this (https://github.com/elrepo/packages/pull/155)
