The patch appeared in kernel 4.12-rc6 released on 2017-06-19.
Therefore it is not in kernel-ml yet. As of today, none of the current
stable (4.11.6) and LTS kernels (4.9.33, 4.4.73, 4.1.41) have this
patch. However I expect the next update will come out very soon with
the fix.
