[elrepo] Issues with kmod-nvidia listing for EL7

do you have nvidia excluded from yum in, perhaps /etc/yum.conf?

I did, for a while, because of breakage in later versions of nvidia
drivers causing FoldingAtHome to repeatedly fail. but that issue is
fixed now so I don't need it there anymore.
