[elrepo] Issues with kmod-nvidia listing for EL7

Yum versionlock got me... It wasn't in /etc/yum.conf, but was in
/etc/yum/pluginconf.d, and it was there...
Didn't think it would block out trying to manually pull new versions.
Next question I have is if anyone had issues with kmod-nvidia for the
CentOS 7 Core 3.10.0-514.10.2? I can get it working under
3.10.0-514.2.2, but under 10.2, lsmod can't find the nvidia module.
