[elrepo] userfaultfd in el7 kernel

[FeldHost Admin]

Hello, recentrlly you added userfaulfd support to kernel. I tested it 
and worked fine on 4.10.11-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.

I updated one node to 4.11.0-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64 and userfaulfd support 
is not in kernel.

Would ypu please add it and also keep it for future kernels?
