We can try to help you . . . but first you must help us.

For which operating system, EL7 or EL6? And in the case of the latter,
which architecture, just one or both i.e. 32- & 64-bit?

Your next step, please, would be to temporarily install the kernel-lt
package, boot it and check for the required device functionality. If
successful, please show the output returned for the device from an
lspci -nnv command. If unsuccessful, remove the kernel-lt package and
temporarily install the kernel-ml package. Repeat the testing, etc.
