[elrepo] kernel-lt-4.4.151 - keeps rebooting

Hi

I have installed kernel-lt-4.4.151 on a Kontron board and when i boot up
the system it gets to: "SELinux:  Initializing" and it reboots.

i did install also kernel-ml-4.18 and it boots just fine but the driver i
want to compile won't work on 4.18.

what could be the issue and what could i change to make it work
