[elrepo] kernel-lt-4.4.151 - keeps rebooting

Yes kernel-lt-4.4.151 is the first one that failed.
But even if i compile it manually it does the same.
What i observed is that on ML when booting there is a message saying Selinux disabled which is missing on the LT. 
I've tried looking in the config but could not find anything related.

Is kernel-lt-4.4.151 the first one that failed? Does the previous
version boot fine?
