The Linux 390.* legacy driver series is the last to support GF1xx
("Fermi") GPUs. Support for new Linux kernels and X servers, as well as
fixes for critical bugs, will be included in 390.* legacy releases
through the end of 2022.

We will continue to update and build upstream driver releases as long as
they are relevant/supported on RHEL7, so at least until end of 2022. So
you have at least another 4 years of support, taking you close to EoL
for RHEL7.
