I will suggest that you take a look at the section headed "Kernel-ml
for Enterprise Linux 7" on the following page --

https://elrepo.org/tiki/kernel-ml

There you will see the advice that under normal circumstances it is
unnecessary to install the kernel-ml-headers package, the default
distribution kernel-headers package will be sufficient.

If you wish to install the kernel-ml-doc package then you will need to
remove the default distribution kernel-doc package.
