[elrepo] Announcement: Updated DRBD 9.0 packages for RHEL 7.6 released for testing

Announcing the release of kmod-drbd90 [9.0.16] and drbd90-utils
[9.6.0] for RHEL7.6 into the elrepo-testing repository. They are
currently syncing to mirrors.

drbd90-utils-9.6.0-1.el7.elrepo.src.rpm

The kmod package is built against the RHEL7.6 kernel and is NOT
backward compatible with older RHEL kernels. Users should update to
this package at the same time as updating to the RHEL7.6 kernel. After
updating, users should reboot their system.

Yum will prevent users from accidentally updating and thus breaking
their system when the required RHEL7.6 kernel is not available. This
is not a bug. It is intended behavior of the package management
system.

Please test. Your feedback is important. We will promote them to the
main repository if there is no issue in this test release.
