[elrepo] Announcement: Updated kmod-ecryptfs package [0.1-1] for RHEL 7.6

Announcing the release of kmod-ecryptfs [0.1-1] for RHEL 7.6.

It is built against the RHEL 7.6 kernel. Users should update to this
package at the same time as updating to the RHEL7.6 kernel.

We thank Pablo Greco for the patch file that was required to build the package.
