[elrepo] Announcement: Updated kmod-usbip package [1.0.1] for RHEL 7.6

Announcing the release of kmod-usbip [1.0.1-3] for RHEL 7.6.

It is built against the RHEL 7.6 kernel and is NOT backward compatible
with older RHEL kernels. Users should update to this package at the
same time as updating to the RHEL7.6 kernel.
