[elrepo] RHEL6, Linux-4.19 & Kernel-ml: A Kernel Too Far.

As mentioned above, kernel-ml for RHEL6 becomes end-of-life when the
upstream linux-4.18.X sources branch is declared EOL. That time has
now come with our recent release of the kernel-ml-4.18.20-1.el6.elrepo
package set. [1]

Quoting from the release note for the linux-4.18.20 sources [2] --

Note, this is the LAST 4.18.y kernel release.  4.18 is now end-of-life,
please move to 4.19.y at this point in time.
[/quote]

The package set will remain available for the next two weeks and then
be removed from the repository.
