[elrepo] Announcement: EL7 Updated kmod-nvidia package for RHEL7.6

Announcing the release of an updated kmod-nvidia package into the el7 
elrepo repository.

kmod-nvidia-410.73-2.el7_6.elrepo.x86_64.rpm

This release is built against the RHEL7.6 kernel and is NOT backward 
compatible with older RHEL kernels. Users should update to this package 
at the same time as updating to the RHEL7.6 kernel. After updating, 
users should reboot their system.

Yum will prevent users from accidentally updating and thus breaking 
their system when the required RHEL7.6 kernel is not available. This is 
not a bug, it is intended behaviour of the package management system.
