[elrepo] Announcement: EL7 Updated NVIDIA legacy packages for RHEL7.6

Announcing the release of updated NVIDIA legacy packages into the el7 
elrepo repository.

kmod-nvidia-304xx-304.135-6.el7_6.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
kmod-nvidia-340xx-340.107-2.el7_6.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
kmod-nvidia-390xx-390.87-2.el7_6.elrepo.x86_64.rpm

These releases are built against the RHEL7.6 kernel and are NOT backward 
compatible with older RHEL kernels. Users should update these packages 
at the same time as updating to the RHEL7.6 kernel. After updating, 
users should reboot their system.

Yum will prevent users from accidentally updating and thus breaking 
their system when the required RHEL7.6 kernel is not available. This is 
not a bug, it is intended behaviour of the package management system.
