[elrepo] Kernel required for latest kmod

It helps.
I'm trying to stay on RHEL 7.5 (because OpenHPC for RHEL 7.6 was very
broken).
So right now I'm going to try just upgrading the kernel in order to get the
kmod driver loaded.
Hopefully that, and rebuilding the Mellanox OFED for this combo will be the
worst of it.
