[elrepo] Cinnamon Desktop 3.6.7 for CentOS 7 dependancy issues with Python 3.6 Update.

Just as a heads up to people who are using Cinnamon Desktop, with the
Python 3.6 update, it is causing a weird little dependancy issue if you
have Python 3.4 installed.

Only some aspects of Cinnamon Desktop elements have been updated, but other
parts hold onto Python 3.4 libpeas.  If you are trying to do a yum update
while running cinnamon desktop, it will keep having issues trying to update
the libpeas because the other parts of Cinnamon will be considered needing
python 3.4.  --skip-broken will NOT resolve the issue.

Removing Python 3.4 will also remove Cinnamon in the process.  You will
need to back out of your desktop environment, go to a pure console, and do
'yum remove python34', knowing it will remove Cinnamon Desktop in the
process.

Once you have removed python34, you can install Cinnamon desktop and
python36 without any issues.
