[elrepo] nvidia libGL

Ok, that makes sense. In the past, mesa-libGL and nvidia libGL didn't
play together. This new package seems to take care of that issue. As
soon as I can get a licensing issue worked out, I'll test our old
software with this new stuff and make sure it works.
