[elrepo] Oops, updated to el7_7 on CentOS 7.6, can I revert to el7_6?

So on CentOS 7.6, in this short lag between when RHEL 7.7 was released and
when CentOS 7.7 has not yet been released, I accidentally updated from
el7_6 to el7_7, and the dependencies are predictably broken.

I poked around the website, looking for a way to install el7_6
specifically, but couldn't find anything.

What would the proper procedure be to uninstall el7_7 from my CentOS 7.6
system and get el7_6 installed again?
