I have built some preliminary packages, and made them available in the 
testing repository. They should show up shortly on mirrors.

kmod packages are built for both el8_0 and el8_1 kernels, so pick 
whichever is appropriate for you. I should note that the el8_0 kmod 
package has been built with a newer gcc (that from 8.1) than it's 
matching el8.0 kernel, which may or may not cause issues. I intend to 
fix this for release but have been struggling to get the old el8.0 gcc 
version into my buildroot at present.

I've had a very quick look at requires and conflicts for the 
nvidia-x11-drv(-libs) packages and hopefully resolved most of these for 
el8. Yum seems to think the package set will install without error but 
I've done no testing whatsoever.
