[elrepo] Maintenance Shutdown for ELRepo List Servers and Mail Archives

Please be advised that there will be a short maintenance shutdown for 
the ELRepo List Servers and Mail Archives starting shortly after  2:45 
UTC Sunday (21:45 EST Saturday).

There will be no impact on the ELRepo web site, ELRepo Mirrors or ELRepo 
Bugtracker during this shutdown.

It is expected for the shutdown to last a few hours and for mail 
services to return by 6:00 UTC Sunday (1:00 EST Sunday).
