[elrepo] No more hfsplus-tools

Hi,

I'm pretty sure in the example you cite that the userspace package 
hfsplus-tools came from the Nux Desktop repo, not elrepo:

# yum list *hfsplus*

Available Packages
hfsplus-tools.x86_64                   540.1.linux3-4.el7 
    nux-dextop
kmod-hfsplus.x86_64                    0.0-5.el7_5.elrepo 
    elrepo

I could be wrong, but I don't believe elrepo has ever provided the 
hfsplus-tools package. The package in the article cited above would have 
had an .el7.elrepo dist tag if it came from elrepo, but it doesn't and 
it matches exactly the package available from Nux.
