[elrepo] How to get kernel 4.15?

I got the elrepo kernel < version 5 from http://mirror.rc.usf.edu/compute_lock/elrepo/kernel/el7/x86_64/RPMS/

    kernel-ml gives me 5.1.2 and kernel-lt gives me 4.4. Is 4.15 or the
    latest <5 ML still available somewhere?
