[elrepo] kmod-ath10k cannot find

I've got a CentOS 6.10 install that doesn't recognize the wireless network
card.

lspci -nn |grep -i net
shows:
Qualcomm Atheros  QCA6174  802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter [168c:003e]

The machine is set up for dual boot, and when I boot it in Windows 10, it
does see the wifi card and it works
(it is not switched off, not disabled in the BIOS, I checked)

I read some solutions to this that said I needed the kmod-ath10k driver
package from ELRepo.

I enabled the ELRepo repositories with:
rpm --import https://www.elrepo.org/RPM-GPG-KEY-elrepo.org
yum install https://www.elrepo.org/elrepo-release-6-9.el6.elrepo.noarch.rpm

But when I
yum install kmod-ath10k

I get:

* elrepo: repox.lax-noc.com
* elrepo-extras: repos.lax-noc.com

No package kmod-ath10k available.
Error: nothing to do.

So I have the wrong repositories in my list?  Is the kmod-ath10k obsolete
or not usable any more?
