[elrepo] RHEL8 nvidia packages

Will there be (or is there already and I failed to find it) an nvidia
set of packages from elrepo for RHEL8? We're not yet using RHEL8 in
house yet and will not be for a while, but in prep I was hunting down
the needing pieces and a properly packaged set of nvidia drivers is
high on the list. I notice possibly rpmfusion as a replacement, but
would be disinclined to arbitrary change from the elrepo version since
we've used that version with zero problems for probably close to a
decade.

I apologize for this has been asked before, but the mailing list
search page seems to not be loading so I couldn't search.
