[elrepo] RHEL8 nvidia packages

Thanks, I had not noticed that Nvidia is providing a set of rpms. But,
anything dkms based would be a last possible resort. I'd grab the
source rpms from rhel7 elrepo and build my own rhel8 ones before I'd
use dkms rpms again. Wayland does seem to be causing troubles for
people all over the place. Seems a tad early for Redhat to have
included it as a default.
