I found that lists.elrepo.org resolved to ip 74.102.29.59 and I can not connet
to its 80 port with telnet

However, elrepo.org resolved to 69.195.83.87 and I can open
http://69.195.83.87/mailman/listinfo with my browser.

but it says there isn't any public mailing list.
