[elrepo] Release of updated DRBD 9.0 [9.0.22] and drbd90-utils [9.12.2] packages for RHEL 7.8 for testing

Announcing the release of kmod-drbd90 [9.0.22] and drbd90-utils
[9.12.2] for RHEL 7.8 to the elrepo-testing repository.  They are
currently syncing to mirrors.

The kmod package is built against the RHEL 7.8 kernel and is not
backward compatible with older RHEL kernels. Yum will prevent users
from accidentally updating and thus breaking their system when the
required 7.8 kernel is not available. This is not a bug. It is
intended behavior of the package management system.

Please test. Your feedback is important. We will promote them to the
main repository if there is no issue in this test release.
