The kmod-pata_amd package built for EL8.1
(kmod-pata_amd-0.4.1-2.el8_1.elrepo.x86_64.rpm) was already in our
repo. It does support [10de:03ec].

I have created an .iso image and released as:

dd-pata_amd-0.4.1-2.el8_1.elrepo.iso
dd-pata_amd-0.4.1-2.el8_1.elrepo.SHA256SUM.asc

These files will show up on the mirrors shortly.
