That is exactly what I was looking for! I downloaded dd-megaraid_sas-07.707.51.00-1.el8_1.elrepo.iso and was able to see my RAID configuration.

Wait, you meant 8.1.1911? Then it is:
dd-megaraid_sas-07.707.51.00-1.el8_1.elrepo.iso
to install CentOS 8.1.xxxx
