[elrepo] missing nvidia-x11-drv-390xx for el7_7

Correct, nvidia-x11-drv-390xx didn't require a rebuild for el7.7, so as 
Trevor says, installing the latest kmod-nvidia-390xx package will pull 
in the matching nvidia-x11-drv-390xx package. The el7_x tag indicates 
the minimum dist version supported, and in this case the el7_6 package 
continues to work just fine on el7.7. Sorry, a bit confusing I know.
