[elrepo] Announcement: WireGuard packages for EL 7.7 and EL 8.1 Released

Announcing the release of kmod-wireguard and wireguard-tools for EL
7.7 and EL 8.1 into the elrepo-testing repository.

WireGuard is an in-kernel Linux virtual private network (VPN) that is
both simple and highly effective. It was merged into the Linux kernel
for 5.6 and has been backported to kernels 3.10 to 5.5, as an out of
tree module. For more details and the instructions on how to set up.

The kmod packages have been built against the RHEL 7.7 and the RHEL
8.1 kernels. They are not backward compatible with earlier kernels.
