[elrepo] kmod-nvidia on RHEL 8: missing dependency

Hi,

on RHEL 7 the kmod-nvidia RPM had a dependency to the respective nvidia-x11-drv RPM:

# rpm -q --requires kmod-nvidia-390xx

nvidia-x11-drv-390xx = 390.116

...


On RHEL 8 this dependency is missing, so if you run "yum install $(nvidia-detect)" as described in [1], you end up with a non-working X server, because the nvidia-x11-drv RPM is missing.
Could you please add back this dependency?
