[elrepo] Unable to install driver for Broadcom

You need to install the build rpm, like this

yum --nogpgcheck localinstall 
/home/<user>/rpmbuild/RPMS/x86_64/kmod-wl-<version>.x86_64.rpm

The nosrc.rpm is needed to build the rpm that you need to install.
