When you updated to EL 8.2, did you get
kernel-4.18.0-193.13.2.el8_2.x86_64 ?? How about the GA kernel?

lsinitrd initramfs-4.18.0-193.el8.x86_64.img | grep 3w

Also, is it a typo that you have 'lsinitrd' twice on the command line?
