[elrepo] 4.14 rpms?

Hi.

I need to upgrade a CentOS system kernel from 3.x to 4.14.
It looks like ElRepo only has the 5.4.x versions, but I see posts online
getting 4.14 from this same source.

Is that version (still under LTS) still available here?
Any pointers?
