4.14 was packaged as kernel-ml until Jan 2018 but it was replaced once
kernel.org launched kernel-4.15. See

elrepo-release ships with the elrepo-kernel repository disabled by default

If I am not mistaken, between Dec and Jan ElRepo dropped 4.4 (4.4.249-1
was the last one from that series) and switched to 5.4 ( 5.4.86-1 being
the first one in the new series)
