[elrepo] Kernel's not being updated

I noticed when longterm 5.4.130 came out, EL Repo didn't have the update.
Now a security update 5.4.131 has come out, but EL Repo only has the 
latest listed as 5.4.129

Usually the update is there within 24 hours.
Wondering what might be going on, and if we can be of any assistance.
