[elrepo] using rpm for installation driver update

Recent Linux releases from RedHat, CentOS and Fedora do not include the
forcedeth
driver which I need for my motherboard ethernet ports. There is
supposed to be a way
to set up a driver file on a device like a USB drive, CD or DVD that
can be made available
to the Anaconda installation program. With this in mind, I downloaded
your
kmod-forcedeth-0.0-6.el8_4.elrepo.x86_64.rpm. I have looked at several
articles put out
by CentOS and RedHat but can't come up with anything that works. It
appears that the
Anaconda installation program expects something in .iso format but I am
not sure.

The main issue is how do you take an RPM file and use it to create
something the
installer will work with.

Just thought you might have some suggestions.
