[elrepo] Kernel updated to 5.4.154?

[Starburst Hosting SysOp's]

Did an updated on the servers tonight, and 6 updated to Kernel 5.4.154.

While 2 others updated to 5.4.153, which is listed on kernel.org at the 
latest kernel version.

Just curious why the different Kernel versions.
