[elrepo] kmod-drbd84 -- new package for EL8.6

Akemi,

Thanks for the info. I agree -- drbd 9 is the way to go. Now, I have to
convince the ganeti devs to work on supporting it. Right now, drbd 8.4 is
the max supported by ganeti.

Just to clarify, though: There will be updates to drbd 8.4.10 through the
remaining life of EL8?
