[elrepo] kmod-drbd84 -- new package for EL8.6

Hi,

I am a Rocky Linux 8.7 user using  I DRBD for volume sync on ganeti
clusters. I was wondering if you expect to release an el8_7-compatible
version of the kmod-drbd84 package soon. The most recent version on your
mirrors, kmod-drbd84-8.4.10-1.18.el8_6, does not play well with Rocky 8.7.

Also, are there plans to release a DRBD 8.4.12 package?
