[elrepo] kmod-drbd84 -- new package for EL8.6

Akemi,

I installed the updated kmod-drbd84 and rebooted both my ganeti nodes with
the designated el8_7 kernel. After an hour or so, and some common DRBD
operations, everything looks normal. Also, the driver is now sitting in its
usual spot:

/lib/modules/4.18.0-425.3.1.el8.x86_64/extra/drbd84/drbd.ko

Instead of:

/lib/modules/4.18.0-425.3.1.el8.x86_64/weak-updates/drbd84/drbd.ko

...where it was before the update.

Did you simply rebuild on a system running kernel 4.18.0-425.3.1, or, was
there more to the fix?
