[elrepo] Build error on aarch64

A colleague and I noticed a build issue when compiling on aarch64:

zipmodules does not have a default define in the spec file for aarch64
(only x86_64 and noarch does)

This causes a build error on our system.  Not sure if this is an oversight
or intentional.
